Trash to Treasure
Artists have turned trash ? old license plates, used lumber, junk metal ? into pieces of art for a month-long exhibit at Art Downtown, 32 Carlisle St., Hanover. Trash to Treasure: Re-Purposed Objects Become Art features work by 17 regional artists. The exhibit will be on display through Sept. 30. It can been seen during regular gallery hours.
