DESCRIPTION:Nearly 200 pieces of art are included in the 2nd Annual Open Exhibit\, sponsored by the Hanover Area Arts Guild. A reception for artists\, family and the community is planned 2-4 p.m. Aug. 7\, in the Art Downtown Gallery\, 32 Carlisle St.\, Hanover. It is free and open to the public. Awards and a gallery talk by the judge will be presented at that time. The art is being judged in five categories\, with $2\,100 in cash prizes being awarded.
