We have over 59 years of service in York\, Adams\, Franklin and Fulton Counties. Our mission is that PennCares advances the quality of life and promotes independence and productivity for individuals with disabilities and challenges throughout their lives. We have this longstanding mission of providing expert care to children and adults with physical\, developmental\, and intellectual disabilities while moving forward with innovative new programs and trainings to assist an increasingly diverse population of consumers to live powerful and meaningful lives.
