DESCRIPTION:This webinar is presented by the Drug Free Workplace PA \n\n\nIn this presentation\, participants will gain an understanding of the difference between stress\, burnout and mental health conditions. Participants will learn the impact of mental health on family unit and discover ways to support someone experiencing a mental health condition. A general overview of the dangers of self-medication and the disease of substance use disorder will be presented. Participants will also learn about stigma surrounding mental health and substance use disorder. Participants will explore practical self-care techniques to take an active role in their own overall well-being.
